It is necessary

    • 135 ml of water,
    • 1 tsp vegetable oil,
    • 1/2 tsp salt,
    • 2 tbsp. l. Sahara,
    • 1 tbsp. l. honey or molasses
    • 325 g rye flour,
    • 75 g wheat flour (desirable second grade)
    • 1 tbsp. l. gluten free,
    • 1 tsp dry yeast,
    • 1, 5 Art. l. dry sourdough,
    • 3 tbsp. l. malt,
    • 75 g rye flour
    • 1, 5 tsp ground coriander
    • a glass of boiling water.

Instructions

Step 1

The first step is to prepare the tea leaves. To do this, pour 75 grams of rye flour, 3 tablespoons of malt and 1.5 teaspoons of ground coriander into a prepared bowl. Stir and pour a glass of boiling water over.

Step 2

Cover the bowl with a clean napkin or towel and leave in a warm place for two hours to saccharify. The process will go better if the bowl is placed in a warm oven or in another bowl of hot water, the desired temperature is 65 degrees.

Step 3

Cool the prepared infusion slightly so that the yeast does not die in it and put it in the container of the bread machine. Then add all the other ingredients: in this order: 135 ml of water, one teaspoon of vegetable oil, 1/2 tsp. salt, 2 tbsp. l. granulated sugar, 1 tbsp. l. molasses (mixed with a little water), 325 g of rye wallpaper flour, 75 g of wheat flour (desirable second grade), 1 tbsp. l. gluten free, 1, 5 tbsp. l. dry sourdough, 1 tsp. dry yeast.

Step 4

Then select the program on the bread maker to knead the yeast dough. Use a wooden spatula to stir the rye dough while kneading.

Step 5

After the dough is kneaded, smooth it out with wet hands and sprinkle with whole coriander seeds. Leave to ferment in the bread maker for three hours.

Step 6

Select the "Bake" mode for an hour and 10 minutes. You will end up with amazingly tasty and mouth-watering bread, which, with its aroma, will bring together all household members at one table.

Step 7

While kneading the dough, wish good health to all those who will eat this bread. If you decide to bake bread in the oven, knead the dough and let it rise. After that, form a loaf and place on a baking sheet, let rise again. Bake in the oven at 170 degrees for 45-50 minutes.
