It is necessary

  • - 170 g wheat flour;
  • - 300 g rye flour;
  • - 3 g dry yeast;
  • - 2 tbsp. refined sunflower oil;
  • - 400 ml of water;
  • - 2 tbsp. rye malt;
  • - 1 tsp salt;
  • - 1 tbsp. honey;
  • - a little dry coriander.

Instructions

Step 1

To make bread, you need to brew malt. Pour two tablespoons of malt into a cup, pour boiling water (150 ml) and stir. Set the cup aside to cool. In another cup, mix the honey and the remaining water.

Step 2

Pour flour (rye and wheat) into a volumetric bowl, add salt, mix. Pour in diluted malt and honey water to dry products, add two tablespoons of oil.

Step 3

We knead the dough, it should turn out to be soft, a little sticky to the hands.

We take any free bowl, grease with oil and transfer the dough into it.

Wrap the bowl with the dough in a clean kitchen towel and leave it warm for 90 minutes. During this time, the dough will double.

Step 4

We knead the dough that has come up and put it in a mold, which has been greased with oil in advance (you can cover it with parchment - if you wish). Lubricate the dough with a little water, sprinkle with dry coriander, which we press into the dough. Leave it under a towel for half an hour (preferably in a warm place). In half an hour, the dough will come up and be ready for baking.

Step 5

We heat the oven to 180 degrees. We put the form with the dough in the oven and bake for 35-45 minutes.

Step 6

The bread is ready. We take it out of the oven, put it on the wire rack and wait for it to cool completely.
