The dessert called "Apples in the dough" will appeal not only to an adult, but also to a child. This dish tastes great. In addition, it looks very beautiful, which means that it can be served on the festive table.
It is necessary
- - butter - 175 g;
- - flour - 200 g;
- - granulated sugar - 100 g;
- - eggs - 1 pc.;
- - salt;
- - apples - 4 pcs.;
- - raisins - 2 tablespoons;
- - lemon juice - 2 tablespoons;
- - bread crumbs - 2 tablespoons;
- - ground cinnamon - 1/2 teaspoon;
- - fruit syrup - 2 tablespoons.
Instructions
Step 1
Refrigerate 125 grams of butter. Then remove it from the refrigerator and chop it into small pieces. Then add the following ingredients to it: wheat flour, 50 grams of granulated sugar, as well as a pinch of salt and a raw chicken egg. Having mixed everything properly, knead the dough - it should be quite plastic. Place it in the cold for 60 minutes.
Step 2
With apples, do the following: peel them off, then remove the seed box from the core. Then sprinkle each fruit with squeezed lemon juice.
Step 3
After 60 minutes, cut the finished dough into 4 equal parts. Form each of them in the shape of a square. Place an apple in the center of the rolled square layers. Fill the middle of the fruit with raisins. Secure the dough by sticking the edges together.
Step 4
Send the "Apples in the dough" to the oven, the temperature of which is 180 degrees, for about 20-25 minutes.
Step 5
While the dessert is baking, make the sauce for it. To do this, turn the butter into a homogeneous mass, that is, melt it, and then combine with granulated sugar, ground cinnamon, fruit syrup, and bread crumbs. Mix all of the above ingredients together properly.
Step 6
After removing the dessert from the oven, pour over the prepared sauce. The apples in the dough are ready!
