Potato nests with champignons and cheese are a simple appetizer, but they look very impressive on the festive table. When roasting mushrooms, you can add a little ground cloves to them - this will add a special flavor to the appetizer.
It is necessary
- For nests:
- - 1 kg of potatoes;
- - 100 ml of milk;
- - 2 eggs;
- - 1 tbsp. a spoonful of butter.
- For filling:
- - 200 g of fresh mushrooms;
- - 1 head of onion;
- - 2 tbsp. tablespoons of hard cheese;
- - a pinch of black pepper, Italian herbs, salt.
Instructions
Step 1
Peel the potatoes, chop coarsely, cook until soft. Then drain the water from the potatoes, pour in the milk, make mashed potatoes, adding butter. After that, beat in raw eggs, mix again.
Step 2
Peel the onion, chop coarsely, cut the mushrooms into strips. Fry mushrooms and onions until golden brown. Season with pepper, salt to taste, add a mixture of Italian herbs.
Step 3
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Prepare a baking sheet by greasing it with a little oil.
Step 4
Put the mashed potatoes in a pastry bag, form small nests on a baking sheet. If you do not have a pastry bag, then take several bags, put one in one, cut off a corner, put the mashed potatoes in the bag in portions. First squeeze out the round bottom, then the sides.
Step 5
Fill the nests with mushroom filling, sprinkle with grated cheese, put in the oven. Cook for 20 minutes. You can serve the potato nests with mushrooms and cheese immediately hot or wait until they have cooled a little.
