The simplest dish, but at the same time incredibly tasty, is potatoes with mushrooms. These products work together in the best possible way. But the most familiar dish can be slightly diversified and give it a new look, and maybe taste. So from mashed potatoes, a kind of nests are made, which are stuffed with mushrooms. The dish has an original look and will perfectly decorate your table for dinner.

It is necessary

  • - potatoes 800 g
  • - milk 70 ml
  • - mushrooms 300 g
  • - cheese 50 g
  • - butter 1 tbsp. the spoon
  • - onions 100 g
  • - vegetable oil
  • - greens
  • - salt and pepper

Instructions

Step 1

Potatoes must be peeled and cooked in salted water until tender.

Step 2

Finely chop the onion. Cut the mushrooms into small cubes. Chop the greens. Grate the cheese on a fine grater.

Step 3

Fry the onion in a small amount of vegetable oil for a couple of minutes.

Step 4

Add mushrooms, pepper, salt to the pan and fry for about 20 minutes.

Step 5

When the mushrooms are ready, remove the pan from the heat, add the herbs, stir and let cool.

Step 6

Drain the water from the finished potatoes, pour in milk, add butter and crush everything well. For convenience, you can use a blender.

Step 7

Cover a baking sheet with baking paper. Using a tablespoon, put the mashed potatoes on a baking sheet, forming a kind of nests.

Put the mushroom mass in each potato nest, and sprinkle with grated cheese on top.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and bake the dish for about 20 minutes. Serve hot.
