The dish tastes like the usual navy-style pasta, only the nests look more festive and neat. This dish can be cooked in a saucepan, skillet, or even in a slow cooker. To prepare stuffed nests you will need:

- pasta "nest" - 300-400 g;

- minced meat - 0.4 kg;

- carrots - 1 pc;

- onion - 1-2 pcs;

- sour cream - 3 tbsp;

- hard cheese - 100-150 g;

- spices and herbs to taste;

- sunflower oil.

First of all, we prepare the filling for the nests. To do this, peel the carrots and rub them on a coarse grater. Clean the onions and cut them into small cubes. Heat the oil in a deep frying pan, pour the carrots and half of the onion into it, and fry a little. Then add sour cream to the pan, mix it with vegetables and simmer for 5-7 minutes. Then pour water into the sauce, just enough so that the liquid covers the vegetables by 2-3 cm.

Mix the minced meat with the remaining onion, add salt, pepper and other spices, knead the mass until smooth, and then form lumps from the minced meat, suitable in size to the deepening of the nest.

Pasta - carefully put the nests in a saucepan, pour boiling water over and blanch for a couple of minutes, discard the colander or sieve and let the water drain. Transfer the cooled pasta to the pan, fill the nests with minced meat filling, pour over the sauce and sprinkle with grated cheese. Simmer over medium heat, covered for 25-30 minutes.
