A simple but delicious dish that is perfect for a family dinner. The rich and aromatic mushroom sauce gives the macaroni a special taste.
It is necessary
- - 550 g pasta (in the form of nests);
- - 65 g of forest mushrooms;
- - 195 g of onions;
- - 85 g butter;
- - 55 g flour;
- - 955 ml of milk;
- - salt pepper.
Instructions
Step 1
Soak all dried mushrooms in cool water for about 3 hours.
Step 2
Heat half of the butter in a large skillet, gently add flour to it, stir and fry lightly. The flour should darken slightly.
Step 3
Remove the pan from the heat, pour in the preheated milk in a thin stream, mix thoroughly. Add a little salt and black pepper, stir and close the lid.
Step 4
Remove the soaked mushrooms from the water, dry a little, cut into small pieces. Peel, wash and chop onions. Put the pan on the fire, put the remaining butter on it.
Step 5
When the butter has melted, add the chopped onion to it and fry for 7 minutes. Then transfer the chopped mushrooms to a pan with onions.
Step 6
Continue cooking the mushrooms for about 13 minutes. Then put the onion and mushrooms in the prepared sauce.
Step 7
First pour a small amount of sauce into a special baking dish, then add the pasta. Pour the remaining sauce on top.
Step 8
Bake in the oven at a temperature not exceeding 170 degrees for about 25 minutes.
