It is necessary

  • - pasta "nest" 350 g;
  • For filling:
  • - smoked brisket 100 g;
  • - garlic 2 cloves;

  • - vegetable oil;
  • For the sauce:
  • - hard cheese 150 g;
  • - fat cream 200 ml;
  • - dill and parsley greens 1 bunch;
  • For decoration:
  • - Cherry tomatoes;
  • - basil.

Instructions

Step 1

Boil the pasta according to the instructions on the package. Carefully remove them with a slotted spoon and put them on a baking sheet, which you must first grease with oil.

Step 2

Cooking the filling. Wash the tomatoes, dry and chop finely. Cut the brisket into very small cubes. Peel the garlic and crush or chop. Combine all ingredients and season with salt and pepper to taste.

Step 3

Cooking the sauce. Wash the dill and parsley greens well and pat dry with a paper towel. Leave a few branches for decoration, chop the rest very finely. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater, pour the cream into a saucepan and heat over medium heat. Add cheese to a saucepan and cook for about 4 minutes, then add herbs and remove from heat.

Step 4

Place 1 tbsp in the center of each nest. spoonful of filling and pour over the sauce. Bake for 7-10 minutes at 180 degrees. Put the finished "nests" on a platter, serve, garnish with herbs, basil and cherry tomatoes.
