Chowder is a traditional American seafood soup. Make coconut milk cod chowder for a very nutritious and tender first course.

It is necessary
- For four servings:
- - cod fillet - 400 grams;
- - water - 400 milliliters;
- - coconut milk - 400 milliliters;
- - corn grains - 300 grams;
- - one onion;
- - two limes;
- - salt, ground chili, lime wedges, chopped cilantro.
Instructions
Step 1
Chop smaller onions, cut the fish into medium pieces. Heat a spoonful of vegetable oil in a saucepan with a thick bottom, put onion, chili, salt, fry until the onion is translucent, stirring occasionally. Pour water to the onion, add corn. Bring to a boil, cook for five minutes.

Step 2
Using a slotted spoon, remove 2/3 of the thick from the pan, place in a deep bowl, add coconut milk, chop with a blender.

Step 3
Add the cod fillets to the pot and cook until the fish is matt through and through (about seven minutes). Pour the ground corn-coconut mixture into a saucepan, heat it up. Don't boil.

Step 4
Remove the pot from the stove and add three tablespoons of lime juice. Add salt if necessary. Sprinkle with herbs, add lime wedges and serve!
