"Ferrero Roche" is a favorite delicacy of many. Almost everyone is happy to receive these chocolates as a gift. But they are quite expensive. Why not try making them yourself?
It is necessary
- - 170 grams of Nutella chocolate spread,
- - 60 grams of semi-sweet (dessert chocolate) - grated or special chocolate drops,
- - 60 grams of hazelnuts,
- - packaging of small waffle tartlets.
Instructions
Step 1
To prepare the Ferrero Roche filling, mix melted semi-sweet chocolate with Nutella. In order for the chocolate to melt well, you need to heat it up in the microwave at short intervals and stir constantly.
Step 2
Fill the waffle tartlets with the chocolate mixture. Cut the hazelnut kernels into several pieces and use a mixture of nutella and chocolate to glue the small balls together. Place this ball in each half of the filled tartlet in the middle. Use a serrated knife to "sink" the nut filling into each candy and smooth the edges. Refrigerate to set.
Step 3
When the filled tartlets have set, the chocolate and nuts will mix evenly into them. After that, you need to cover them with chocolate to get Ferrero Roche sweets, similar to the original.
Step 4
Put chopped hazelnuts in the remaining chocolate mixture, mix well. Take each filled tartlet, dip in the chocolate-nut mixture, and then spread on wax paper or aluminum foil. Refrigerate until solid.
Step 5
After the outer chocolate shell of the homemade Ferrero Roche is dry, use a serrated knife to line the top of the tartlets so that the 2 halves can be glued to each other evenly.
Step 6
Use a thin layer of melted chocolate to glue the top and bottom halves of the candies together and chill them in the refrigerator.
