Perfect tea bagels made from delicious curd dough in a sugar-nut mixture. They are prepared from only six components, but at the same time they can even be prepared for a festive tea party.
It is necessary
- - 200 g of cottage cheese;
- - 60 g of walnuts;
- - 4 tbsp. tablespoons of sugar;
- - 2 tbsp. tablespoons of butter, wheat flour, powdered sugar.
Instructions
Step 1
For bagels, use soft market cottage cheese and high-quality butter, which cannot be replaced with margarine. Mash the curd with a fork, add the butter, mash with a fork, and then stir with a spoon to get an almost homogeneous mass. Sift flour to the cottage cheese, mix with your hands. Form a ball, place in the refrigerator for a couple of hours.
Step 2
Grind walnuts in any way into small crumbs, add sugar, mix.
Step 3
Divide the dough into 4 portions. First roll each part into a ball, then form a cake. Pour 1 tablespoon of the nut-sugar mixture on the table, lay out the dough, roll out into a thin layer about 3 mm thick. Flip the other side, sprinkle with 1 tablespoon of the mixture of nuts and sugar. The dough will be coated on both sides with the mixture.
Step 4
Now cut the dough sheet into 8 pieces, roll each into a roll. Place on a baking sheet. Bake bagels with nuts at 180 degrees for 15-25 minutes. Take out the bagels, sprinkle with powdered sugar. Remove from baking sheet, cool.
