Ful is a delicious British dessert. There are many types of dessert. Prepare strawberry full with mascarpone - it will delight you with its fresh and delicate taste.
It is necessary
- For 4-5 servings:
- - strawberries - 300 grams;
- - mascarpone cheese - 250 grams;
- - heavy cream - 150 milliliters;
- - shortbread cookies - 3 pieces;
- - dark brown sugar - 3 tablespoons;
- - white rum - 1 tablespoon.
Instructions
Step 1
Set aside a couple of strawberries for garnish, and mash the rest with a fork. Pour sugar with warmed rum (can be replaced with vodka), stir until dissolved.
Step 2
Whisk the cream until soft peaks, pour in the dissolved sugar, whisking in the mixture.
Step 3
Mash with a spoon of mascarpone at room temperature, mix with whipped cream. Spread the creamy mass over the bowls. Top with strawberry puree. Mix it a little in a spiral motion with the bottom layer using a stick. Refrigerate for fifteen minutes.
Step 4
Take out the strawberry full with mascarpone, sprinkle with crumbled cookies, garnish with strawberries and a mint leaf. Serve immediately.
