Step 1
First you need to cut the tenderloin into strips.

Then prepare the marinade. To do this, combine the starch, water, ginger, soy sauce and finely chopped garlic.

Marinate the meat for 30 minutes. Pour the dried mushrooms with cold water until it swells.
Step 4
Prepare the noodles following the instructions on the package. The standard cooking method is as follows: pour cold water for an hour, then boil in boiling water for a minute, drain in a colander and rinse with water.

Cut the swollen mushrooms into thin strips. Peel the vegetables. Cut carrots into strips, bell peppers - into squares. Chop the leeks as well.
Step 6
Heat a skillet with oil. Put pieces of meat on it and fry for 5 minutes. Add vegetables to the meat and fry for another 5 minutes, at the end add rice noodles. You can add chili and soy sauce to taste.
