You can pour the dressing on top again - the salad is ready.

If you're hungry and don't want to cook for a long time, there is a simple mushroom salad recipe that can be cooked in just 10 minutes. You can use any mushrooms in it (which you like best), and it turns out to be quite satisfying. To prepare such a salad you will need: 1 celery, 60 g of mushrooms, 1 cucumber and 1 tomato, 3 tbsp. l. soy sauce, 50 g sour cream (15% fat), 0.5 tsp. pepper, 1 tbsp. l. Italian herbs, 1 tsp salt, 30 g of dill and the same amount of parsley.

First you need to wash all the vegetables and peel the mushrooms. You can also use some mint. Next, dice cucumbers, tomatoes and celery into a salad bowl. Mushrooms need to be cut into slices. Then finely chopped greens are added. For dressing, mix sour cream and soy sauce separately. After that, the salad must be seasoned, add spices and you can eat.

Another simple salad is made from potatoes and butter. Instead of butter mushrooms, you can also use honey mushrooms or porcini mushrooms. This salad is perfect for a festive and everyday table. So, for the preparation of this salad you will need: 2 pickled cucumbers, 300 g of pickled butter, 0.5 kg of potatoes, 1 onion, 125 g of vegetable oil, 50 g of vinegar (8%), 1 tsp. mustard, and salt, sugar, herbs and pepper to taste.

Butterlets are very nutritious and tasty mushrooms; in terms of nutritional value, they are almost as good as porcini mushrooms.

First you need to boil the potatoes in their skins, then peel and cut into small pieces. Then you need to chop the pickles and pickled mushrooms, and finely chop the onion. For dressing, you need to mix vegetable oil, pepper, vinegar, salt, sugar. Then all the ingredients must be put into a plate, filled with dressing and mixed.
