To prepare a delicious salad called "Fast" from canned beans and pickled milk mushrooms, you will need 250 g of boiled sausage, 50 g of pickled mushrooms, 1 can of canned corn, 1 can of canned white beans, 1 bag of crackers, 70 g of hard cheese, mayonnaise, salt and ground pepper to taste.

To prepare a salad according to this recipe, it is recommended to use croutons with cheese, bacon or herbs.

Gently drain the liquid from the jars of beans and corn, cut the boiled sausage (dairy or doctor's) into small cubes, and the pickled mushrooms into slices. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater. Combine all prepared ingredients, add croutons, season with mayonnaise, salt and pepper. Then mix everything well, transfer to a deep salad bowl, decorate with pickled mushrooms and serve.

You can also use fresh mushrooms to make a salad with canned beans. To make a "Piquant" salad, you need to take: 2/3 cans of canned red or white beans, 100 g of fresh mushrooms (champignons), 50 g of celery root, 1 egg, 1 glass of mayonnaise or tomato sauce and a small amount of vegetable oil.

Carefully wipe the mushrooms with a damp cloth, peel and boil in salted water until cooked, then cool and chop with a knife. Boil the washed and peeled celery root separately. Cut it into small cubes. Hard boil the egg, peel and chop finely. Combine all the ingredients: mushrooms, celery root, hard egg and canned beans. Season the salad with mayonnaise or tomato sauce, adding a little vegetable oil to it (literally ½ teaspoon). Mix everything well, put in a salad bowl and serve.

You can use store-bought tomato sauce to make this salad, but it tastes better if you make the sauce at home. This will require 6 tomatoes, 2 onions, 2 tbsp. l. cream, 2 tbsp. l. vegetable oil, 1 tbsp. l. mustard, black and red ground pepper, sugar, salt.

If desired, fresh tomatoes in tomato sauce can be replaced with 3-4 tablespoons of tomato puree.

Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan, put a washed, dried and finely chopped tomato, add peeled and chopped onions. Simmer the vegetables for a few minutes. Then rub the hot mass through a sieve, add cream, mustard, sugar, salt and pepper. Mix everything thoroughly and refrigerate.

A salad made from canned mushrooms, beans and chicken meat turns out to be very tasty. It will require: ½ kg of chicken fillet, 1 can of canned red beans, 1 can of canned mushrooms, 3 onions, vegetable oil, mayonnaise and salt to taste.

Peel the onions and cut into small pieces. Fry in vegetable oil until golden brown. Chop the canned mushrooms finely, then add to the onion and fry with it.

Throw the canned beans in a colander, let the liquid drain and rinse with cold water. Boil the chicken fillet in salted water. Then cool, cut into small cubes and fry in a separate pan in a little vegetable oil.

Connect all prepared components. Season with mayonnaise, salt and mix well.
