It is necessary
- -400 grams of turkey or chicken
- -1/2 onion heads
- -2 cloves of garlic
- -1 large egg
- -3/4 cup bread crumbs (preferably whole wheat)
- -1/2 cup butternut squash (optional)
- -1/4 cup chopped parsley
- -1 and 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano nuts
- -3/4 teaspoon salt
- -1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
- -tomato sauce
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 250 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and sprinkle a little with water. Finely chop the onion and garlic.
Step 2
In a large bowl, combine meat, onion, garlic, egg, bread crumbs, parsley, oregano, salt and pepper together.
Step 3
Form small round meatballs with a tablespoon. Transfer them carefully to a baking sheet and spread evenly.
Step 4
Bake the meatballs in the oven for 20 minutes, until they are firm and the meat is completely cooked.
Step 5
Dilute any tomato sauce in a large saucepan, add spices (optional). Transfer the meatballs to a saucepan and turn on medium heat. Toss the meatballs in the tomato sauce.
Step 6
Serve the meatballs with tomato sauce, pasta, mashed potatoes, or cereal. Bon Appetit!
