- 100 ml soy sauce;

- For lamb ham with potatoes:
- 1 leg of lamb on the bone (1, 7−2 kg);
- 1 kg of potatoes;
- 200 g bacon;
- 3 cloves of garlic;
- 4-5 sprigs of rosemary;
- 3-4 tbsp. tablespoons of olive oil;
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper;
- 1 teaspoon of sea salt.

Step 1
Baked Lamb Leg
Wash, dry with paper towels very thoroughly, chop into large pieces. Mix soy sauce with balsamic vinegar, wash the lemon, squeeze the juice, add to the vinegar and soy sauce, salt and pepper to taste, add cumin and spices. Place the meat in a deep glass dish, cover with marinade.
Step 2
Use a different method of marinating the meat by placing it together with the marinade in a tight plastic bag. Tie the bag tightly and refrigerate for at least 6 hours.
Step 3
Preheat oven to 180 ° C, place lamb in a roasting sleeve or wrap in foil. Make a few holes at the top for the steam to escape. Bake in the oven for 1 hour 10 minutes, then unfold and place in the oven again for 15-20 minutes.
Serve the meat with herbs and garlic sauce (sour cream with garlic, salt and pepper).
Step 4
Lamb ham with potatoes
Preheat the oven to 180 ° C and start the process of preparing the ham. Make small puncture cuts on the surface of the ham, make deep cuts along the bone.
Step 5
Pound olive oil, fresh rosemary leaves, peeled garlic, salt and pepper into a homogeneous mass with a pestle and mortar. Fill all the cuts in the meat with this mixture, then coat the entire ham.
Step 6
Place an empty baking sheet on the bottom shelf of the preheated oven and a wire shelf on the middle shelf. Place the ham on a wire rack and bake for an hour and a half.
Step 7
Peel the potatoes, cover with water, salt and cook until half cooked, 10-15 minutes (put the potatoes to boil at the same time as placing the ham in the oven). Carefully remove the baking sheet from the oven, place the potatoes on top of it, and spread the bacon slices on top. Return the baking sheet of potatoes to the lower level of the oven and continue to bake everything together for another 40-45 minutes.
Step 8
Remove the ham from the oven, place on a large platter, arrange baked potatoes around the edges, sprinkle with chopped herbs.
