In the summer you want something light. That is why there are salads such as Greek and Summer. But sooner or later they get bored, and you want something new. Try this salad! Its main advantage is that it is quick and easy to prepare. The salad is ideal for those who are slimming and dieting.
It is necessary
- - 2 chicken fillets
- - Medium cucumber
- - Canned corn (one can is enough)
- - Celery
- - Lettuce leaf
- - Salt pepper
- For refueling:
- - Dill
- - Red onion
- - 6 tbsp. l. Sour cream
- - Salt
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the fillets in half lengthwise. Thus, you get cutlets. Preheat a skillet, add oil and fry the fillets on both sides.

After the fillet has cooled, cut it into small cubes. Chop the cucumber and celery thinly.
Step 3
Mix meat, cucumber, celery in a bowl. Drain the corn and add to a bowl, salt if necessary. Mix everything well.
Step 4
Prepare a dressing. To do this, finely chop the greens and onions. Add sour cream, salt, stir and set aside.
Step 5
First put the lettuce leaf on the dish, and then the salad itself. Drizzle with the dressing and serve.
