If you're looking for a chicken breast salad option, try making a very simple and hearty salad with corn and cheese. All the ingredients are affordable and are pretty well combined with each other. In addition, the preparation of such a snack does not require special culinary skills. The versatility of the salad is that it is perfect for a festive table and on weekdays.
It is necessary
- - chicken breast (fillet) - 300 g;
- - canned corn - 0, 5 cans;
- - hard cheese - 170 g;
- - chicken eggs - 3 pcs.;
- - mayonnaise - 5 tbsp. l. without a slide;
- - ground black pepper;
- - salt.
Instructions
Step 1
Rinse the chicken breast under running water and put it in a saucepan. Pour in cold water so that it completely covers the breast. Bring to a boil and cook at moderate heat until tender, 30-40 minutes. 10 minutes before the end of time, add 1 teaspoon of salt. When the breast is ready, drain the water from the pan and let the breast cool.
Step 2
While the chicken breast is boiling, prepare the chicken eggs. Place them in a saucepan or small saucepan, add water, boil and cook for 10-15 minutes. After that, immediately cool the eggs in cold water so that later they are well cleaned. After 5 minutes after cooling completely, peel them from the shell and cut into small cubes.
Step 3
When the chicken breast has cooled, chop it with a knife, chopping it into small pieces. Also cut the cheese into small cubes. Drain the canned corn. Put all the ingredients - cheese, corn, chopped eggs and chopped chicken breast in a salad bowl, add a few pinches of ground black pepper, salt to taste and season with mayonnaise. Mix everything together well. Salad ready! It can be served immediately.
