Instructions

Step 1

Peking cabbage is cleaned of darkened leaves, washed under running water and allowed to dry. Prepared cabbage is finely chopped and placed in a bowl. You do not need to rub and squeeze the cabbage, as it is quite tender and will give a lot of juice. For a salad, it is enough to simply chop it into small shavings.

Step 2

Chicken eggs are boiled until "hard boiled", cooled, peeled and chopped into small cubes. The washed chicken breast is boiled or fried in a pan until tender. In order to reduce the number of calories in the salad, it is better to boil the breast in slightly salted water.

Step 3

While the meat is being cooked, the remaining vegetables are washed and chopped into strips: cucumber, bell pepper. Greens are washed, shaken off of water and finely chopped. Combine ready-made vegetables and herbs in a bowl with Chinese cabbage, chopped eggs. The finished chicken breast is cut into cubes and also attached to the preparation of the salad.

Salad dressing is prepared separately. To do this, carefully mix natural yogurt or low-fat sour cream with mustard, salt, ground pepper until a homogeneous emulsion. To taste, you can add garlic passed through a press or lemon juice.
