Sunflower salad is a bright and original dish. It got its name due to its unusual design in the form of a "sunny" flower.

Cut the chicken fillet into small cubes and fry for about 10 minutes, or boil. Add salt and spices. Then cool it down.

The "Sunflower" salad is laid out on a large dish in layers. The sequence of layers is as follows: chicken, carrots, mayonnaise, mushrooms, fried onions, mayonnaise, eggs, mayonnaise.
