A cold cake will look very original on the festive table in the warm season.
It is necessary
- For biscuit:
- - sugar 100 g;
- - chilled chicken egg 3 pcs.;
- - flour 85 g;
- - butter 20 g;
- - cocoa 1 tbsp. the spoon.
- For mousse:
- - sour cream 1 l;
- - gelatin 25 g;
- - vanilla sugar 5 g;
- - sugar 0.5 cups.
- For jelly and decoration:
- - apple juice 550 ml;
- - lemon juice 1 tbsp. the spoon;
- - sugar 100 g;
- - gelatin 15 g;
- - strawberries 250 g;
- - mint leaves.
Instructions
Step 1
Beat eggs with sugar. Sift flour with cocoa and gently add to the egg mixture.
Step 2
Grease a baking dish with butter and sprinkle with flour. Pour the dough into a mold and bake for 30 minutes at 180 degrees.
Step 3
Pour gelatin with 100 ml of water and leave for 25 minutes. Then heat it until the gelatin is completely dissolved.
Step 4
Whisk sour cream with vanilla and regular sugar. Continuing to beat, pour in the cooled gelatin. When the mass becomes fluffy, put it on the finished biscuit cake. Refrigerate for 1-2 hours.
Step 5
For gelatin jelly, pour 70 ml of water and leave for 25 minutes, then heat. The gelatin should dissolve.
Step 6
Add sugar and lemon juice to apple juice. Heat until sugar is completely dissolved and cool. Mix with ready-made gelatin.
Step 7
Put strawberries and mint on the frozen mousse, pour jelly. Refrigerate cake for 6 hours. Serve cold.
