It turns out that starch is the basis and binding element in the manufacture of drugs. The amount of chemical compounds in the tablet is about 0.5 grams, everything else is starch. This is due to the fact that starch is easily absorbed by the body and does not cause irritation.
To make starch, you need a few potato tubers. Many people use medium-sized tubers to make starch at home. This allows you to get rid of small potatoes that no one eats.
Step 2
Peel the potatoes, rinse the tubers with warm water first. When peeling potatoes, it is advisable to use vegetable peelers. They will allow you to peel the tubers thinly and neatly. Then cut the potatoes in half or in quarters. Place the cut potatoes in a juicer or meat grinder. It is advisable to install a large knife and remove the fine mesh from the meat grinder or juicer.
Step 3
Fill the resulting mass with clean running water to the top. Let the water settle. After a while, the flesh of the potato will float, and the starch will settle to the bottom. Use a small sieve to catch the emerging potatoes; you will no longer need them. Drain the water carefully so that the sediment (starch) stays in place. Pour running water back into the dish. Let stand. Do this until the water is clear.
