Step 1
So, first, prepare a rich light broth from the poultry, strain it. Cut onion, carrots and bell peppers into smaller pieces, fry in butter. Add chopped nutmeg, cumin, black pepper, pour in half a glass of broth, simmer together for ten minutes.
