The next step is to rinse the mixer attachments and wipe them. Beat the whites in it at the highest speed - the volume of this mass should increase significantly again. Next, carefully add another half cup of sugar. All this mass should become tight foam.

Step 4

Use a spatula to add some whipped egg whites to the beaten egg yolks and mix well. Continue stirring the dough and add one glass of flour. Now you need to add the remaining proteins to the mixture, stirring constantly. We achieve a homogeneous mass.

Step 5

Pour the finished dough into a baking dish. Next, this form should be sent to the oven for about half an hour, for a maximum of 40 minutes.
