  • - 1 tsp. lemon juice;
  • - sesame seeds optional.

Step 1

Selected red fish should be washed, dried with a paper towel, bones removed if necessary, skin removed. Cut the prepared product into thick enough sticks.

Step 2

Now you need to prepare the main "highlight" of this dish - the marinade for red fish. To create it, combine honey in a convenient bowl, if it is too thick, melt it in a water bath, lemon juice and soy sauce. Stir the ingredients until smooth. You do not need to salt the marinade.

Put the prepared red fish in the marinade, mix everything so that the filling is evenly distributed over the pieces of the product. Leave the fish to marinate for at least 15 minutes. To make the dish more intense in taste, it is recommended to keep the main ingredient in the marinade for several hours. In this case, the plate of food is kept in the refrigerator.
