To please your friends and loved ones for the holidays, you do not have to spend the whole day standing at the stove. If you love fish, then you should pay attention to the dishes prepared from it. After all, fish, as a rule, cooks faster than meat, for example. One of the hot options for the festive table is a red fish kebab in the oven. The treat has a lot of advantages - ease of preparation, benefits for the body, spectacular appearance and exquisite taste.

It is necessary

  • - fillet of red fish (salmon, salmon, pink salmon) - 1 kg;
  • - lemon - 1 pc.;
  • - sunflower oil - 2 tbsp. l.;
  • - dill;
  • - salt;
  • - ground black pepper;
  • - oven grill;
  • - foil;
  • - Skewers.

Instructions

Step 1

Rinse the fish fillets under running water, pat dry with paper towels and cut into 4 x 4 cm pieces.

Step 2

Now you need to prepare the marinade for the kebab. Rinse and chop the dill, transferring it to a deep bowl. Cut the lemon in half and squeeze the juice from one half, mixing it with the dill. Add vegetable oil, black pepper and salt to taste. Mix everything together well.

Step 3

Put the pieces of red fish into a bowl, stir so that each piece is completely covered with marinade. Leave to marinate on the table for half an hour.

Step 4

Turn on the oven and set the temperature to 220 degrees. While it is warming up, put the fish pieces on the skewers, and cover the grid with foil, making several small holes in it.

Step 5

When the oven has warmed up, transfer the prepared skewers to the wire rack and send to the oven. Grill the kebab for 10 minutes on one side, then turn it over to the other side and cook for another 10 minutes.

Step 6

The kebab is ready! Transfer it to a platter and serve with slices of lemon or chopped onion in half rings soaked in vinegar with black pepper, boiled potatoes and a fresh vegetable salad.
