It is necessary

  • - 500 g beef
  • - one onion
  • - 150 g loaf
  • - 3 cloves of garlic
  • - 100 g of cheese
  • - 70 g sour cream
  • - flour
  • - vegetable oil
  • - salt, pepper to taste
  • - greens (dried dill and parsley)

Instructions

Step 1

Rinse the meat well under running water, dry and cut into cubes. Then chop the onion and garlic. Cut the edges off the loaf and leave only the pulp. Soak it in milk. Scroll meat, onions, garlic in a meat grinder, add salt and pepper to taste. Mash the milk-soaked loaf with the minced meat.

Step 2

Grate the cheese on a fine grater. In this case, any hard cheese will do, just do not forget that each cheese contains a different amount of salt, and if you use Parmesan, then it is better to undersalt the minced meat.

Step 3

Add sour cream to the minced meat and stir. Blind the patties. This amount of food will allow you to make about 9-10 cutlets. As for sour cream, look at the consistency of the minced meat, if it absorbs more than 70 g, then add the amount that is required, just do not make the minced meat liquid.

Step 4

Don't forget to season the cutlets with dried herbs. If you don't have such greens at hand, you can use dried basil or Provencal herbs, and finely chopped fresh herbs will not spoil the product either.

Step 5

Dip the cutlets in flour and send to a hot skillet. Cook for 4-5 minutes on each side, then reduce heat and cover. Of course, the cutlets are best served hot, but they will also be very tasty when reheated later!
