For example, it is allowed to replace the usual peanuts with many beloved hazelnuts. Due to this, the taste of the pasta will change, surprising with new shades. For cooking, you need the following ingredients:

- hazelnuts - 200 gr.;

- icing sugar - 4 tbsp. l.;

- bitter chocolate - 300gr.;

- cocoa - 2 tbsp. l.;

- vegetable oil - 3 tbsp. l.;

- vanilla sugar - 1 sachet.

The first step to making such a nutella is to prepare the hazelnuts. It must be pre-dried in a skillet. The nut must brown. After the hazelnuts have cooled, peel and grind them in a blender.

The next step is to melt the chocolate in a water bath. While the chocolate is melting, you need to mix butter with powdered sugar in a container and add vanillin and cocoa to this mixture. Why slightly? It should be borne in mind that it thickens even more when it cools. Fire should be kept to a minimum. Add butter and vanillin to the still hot mixture. Then transfer the finished pasta into a container with a lid, and, after cooling, put it in the refrigerator.
