- milk - 4 glasses;
- butter - 1 pack;
- cocoa powder - 7 tablespoons;
- salt - 0.5 tsp;
- sugar - 4 cups;
- peanuts or hazelnuts - 4 tablespoons
Instructions
Step 1
Combine cocoa, flour and granulated sugar in a deep bowl. Stir and add milk in small portions. Try to avoid the appearance of lumps, knead thoroughly.
Step 2
After pouring in all the milk, pour the contents into a saucepan and put on low heat. Bring the mixture to a boil and stir constantly so that it does not stick to the bottom of the pan and burn.
Step 3
Add butter and nuts, chopped in a mortar or blender. Salt and stir the mixture. Simmer the nutella over low heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens. After that, cool the finished nutella, transfer to a jar with a lid and store in the refrigerator. You can spread it on cookies, sandwiches, cakes and pastries.
