Nutella chocolate spread is loved by many sweet tooth. Children are especially delighted with her. But the composition of the store version is far from ideal. Then why not make Nutella at home from affordable and inexpensive products? It can be spread on bread and served as a breakfast, as well as decorate baked goods or used as a cream for cakes and pastries.
It is necessary
- - Milk with a fat content of 2.5% - 100 ml;
- - Powdered milk or infant formula - 2 tbsp. l.;
- - Cocoa powder - 2 tbsp. l.;
- - Powdered sugar - 50 g;
- - Sunflower oil - 150 ml;
- - Nuts (any, for example, walnuts or forest) - 30 g (optional);
- - Vanillin - on the tip of a knife;
- - Mixer or hand blender.
Instructions
Step 1
Warm the milk to room temperature naturally or in the microwave and pour into a bowl. In a small bowl, combine the powdered sugar and vanilla and pour over the milk.
Step 2
Add vegetable oil, which should also be at least room temperature. After that, using a mixer or hand blender at the highest speed, whisk everything together well until smooth. In this case, the mass should thicken a little.
Step 3
Now add cocoa parashock, milk powder into it and mix everything together well once more. Nutella is ready. If you want to make it more useful and add flavor to it, you can add walnuts or hazelnuts, previously chopped in a mortar, blender or using a rolling pin, to it.
Step 4
Refrigerate the homemade chocolate paste to thicken it. And then you can use it for its intended purpose - for sandwiches, as an addition to baked goods, pancakes or pancakes.
