It is necessary

  • - milk 4 glasses;
  • - chopped nuts (walnuts, peanuts, cashews) 4 tbsp. spoons;
  • - sugar 4 cups;
  • - wheat flour 4 tbsp. spoons;
  • - dry cocoa 5 tbsp. spoons;
  • - butter 250 g.

Instructions

Step 1

In a deep bowl, mix the cocoa powder (Nesquik cocoa is perfect), sugar and flour. If you overdo it with cocoa powder, the resulting homemade Nutella can taste bitter, and if too much cocoa it tastes too sweet.

Step 2

Pour milk into the mixture in small portions. At this stage, you need to act very carefully, try to avoid the appearance of lumps, because later it will be quite difficult to get rid of them. The mass should be beaten with an electric mixer, but if it is not there, then you can handle it with a simple whisk or even a fork.

Step 3

We put our future pasta on low heat and bring it to a boil. Stir the mixture constantly, otherwise it will burn in a stroke and stick to the dishes.

Step 4

Now is the time to add the nuts. It is best to pre-fry them, then the pasta will acquire a special piquant taste. Grind the nuts with a blender. If you don't have a blender, you can use a regular rolling pin.

Step 5

After the nuts are added, the pasta still needs to cook for another 10-15 minutes. As soon as the mass begins to slowly thicken, turn off the heat.

Step 6

Cool the paste and transfer to a jar. As you yourself have seen, making Nutella at home is not difficult at all.
