Although the main ingredient in this dish is cottage cheese, its taste is not felt at all in the final product. This recipe only prepares one light and airy cake, but you can multiply all the ingredients by the number of items you want to end up with.

  • sugar - 250 g;
  • cottage cheese - 250 g;
  • eggs - 4 pcs;
  • baking powder - 1, 2 tsp;
  • Wheat flour;
  • vanillin and nutella;
  • butter - 170 g.

Instructions

Step 1

Combine the eggs with the sugar and beat the mixture well with a fork, whisk or mixer until lather. Add minced cottage cheese, melted butter, baking powder and vanillin.

Step 2

Pour in as much flour in small portions as is sufficient to form a dough. Then knead the mass, gradually forming the notorious dough, and then cover it with something, leaving it to stand for 20 minutes.

Step 3

After the allotted time, place it in a square or round cupcake tin. If there are no molds, you can use a regular skillet. Preheat the oven to 180oC and place the muffin in there and bake for half an hour.

Step 4

After taking the curd cake out of the oven, cool it and remove it from the mold. Pour the product on top with nutella, cream, sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve with coffee, tea or compote. This completes the preparation of the curd cake with Nutella.
