Gourmet seafood soup is very popular in the United Arab Emirates and African countries. The dish is very satisfying and unusually fragrant.

- - peas (150 g);
- - squid (500 g);
- - mussels (200 g);
- - crab meat (300 g);
- - tomato paste (200 g);
- - vermicelli (300 g);
- - red pepper (1/3 tsp);
- - garlic (5 cloves);
- - parsley (several branches).
Instructions
Step 1
Pour 4 cups of water into a saucepan and add the tomato paste. Stir well. We put on fire. After the water boils, bring the heat to medium.
Step 2
Cut the meat of squid, mussels, crabs into pieces and put in water with tomato. We also send washed peas and beans there. We simmer all this until the legumes are cooked.
Step 3
When the beans and peas are cooked, add more water (1-1.5 liters) to the soup and bring to a boil. Throw vermicelli, red pepper and salt to taste into the boiling soup. Cook for 15-20 minutes until the vermicelli is cooked.
Step 4
It is better to choose small or thin vermicelli. And it is advisable to take fresh and young peas. But if we take dry peas, we pre-soak them for 2-3 hours.
Step 5
When the soup is cooked, squeeze the garlic into it. Cover the pot with a lid and leave the soup to infuse for 10 minutes.
