It is necessary

  • - 3.5 glasses of flour;
  • - 100 g of butter;
  • - 200 g margarine;
  • - 2 eggs;
  • - 50 ml. cold water;
  • - 1 tsp baking powder;
  • - a pinch of salt.
  • For the cream:
  • - a pack of butter;
  • - 1 can of condensed milk.

Instructions

Step 1

Pour flour and baking powder into a cup, add softened butter and margarine. Chop the margarine and butter with a knife so that they form small pieces, doused in flour, in the cup.

Step 2

Add eggs, water and salt to the resulting mass and knead a tough dough. The finished dough must be divided into 15 equal parts, rolled into balls, covered with foil and placed in the refrigerator for two hours.

Step 3

While the dough is cooling, prepare the cream. To do this, whisk softened butter with condensed milk.

Step 4

Roll each ball of dough into a thin layer, cut off the edges using a plate the same diameter as the pan in which you will bake the cakes.

Step 5

Fry each crust in a pan without adding oil on both sides. When placing the crust in the pan, pierce it in several places with a fork to prevent air bubbles from forming on the surface of the dough.

Step 6

The remaining dough needs to be combined, rolled out and baked, this cake will go to the cake sprinkling. When the cake is cool, grind it into crumbs.

Step 7

The cakes must be greased with cream. It is best to cut the finished cake evenly using a plate and sprinkle with crumbs.
