Many people do not have an oven, incl. and mine. Because of this variety of pastries, there are practically no baked goods on the table. But all is not lost!
It is necessary
- Dough:
- - 3 glasses of flour;
- - 1 cup of sugar;
- - 2 tbsp. tablespoons of butter;
- - 3 eggs;
- - 2/3 teaspoon of baking soda, pay off;
- - a pinch of salt.
- For the cream:
- - 1 liter of milk;
- - 3 eggs;
- - 2 tbsp. tablespoons of flour;
- - 1 cup of sugar;
- - vanillin;
- - 250 g butter (optional);
- (1 glass - 250 ml).
Instructions
Step 1
Beat eggs with sugar, add soft butter, salt, soda and 2.5 cups flour. We leave half a glass of flour for rolling out the cakes. Knead the dough and leave to rest for 15-20 minutes
Step 2
Preparing the cream. Grind eggs with sugar, add flour, mix and dilute with cold milk. We put on medium heat and bring to a boil, stirring continuously with a whisk, so that it does not burn or there are no lumps.
Step 3
When it boils, remove from heat and add vanillin. Leave the cream to cool. If you want a creamy cream, add soft butter to the chilled mixture and whisk lightly.
Step 4
Let's go back to the test. Divide the dough into 14-15 pieces. You can roll out the sausage and cut into portions. Preheat a frying pan and bake the rolled cakes over medium heat. Bake in a dry frying pan.
Step 5
Lubricate each cake with warm cream and sprinkle with nuts and crumbs (optional). Grind 100 g of nuts in a food processor and add the remaining trimmings from the cakes. After 2-3 hours you can try it.
