“Pizza” made from meat is a rather simple and quick-to-prepare dish, which is intended more for baby food than for adults. But this does not mean at all that adults cannot eat it. Note that such an unusual pizza can be safely attributed to the category of dietary dishes, since it is based on only dietary meat.

It is necessary

  • • 0.5 kg of minced beef, turkey or chicken;
  • • 0.2 kg of bread;
  • • 50 g of grated parmesan;
  • • 1 pinch of oregano;
  • • 1 pinch of salt;
  • •2 eggs;
  • • 10 ml of milk;
  • • 2 scoops of mozzarella;
  • • 5 medium tomatoes;
  • • 70 g tomato sauce.

Instructions

Step 1

Turn on the oven beforehand and preheat to 180 degrees.

Step 2

Cut the bread into small pieces, put in a deep container, pour milk and press lightly with your hands. After 5-10 minutes add minced meat to the bread. Knead everything thoroughly with your hands and mix until smooth.

Step 3

Then beat eggs into a homogeneous mass of meat, add salt, oregano and grated parmesan. Mix thoroughly again with your hands and set aside for 5-10 minutes.

Step 4

After that, take a low rectangular baking sheet, cover it with edible paper, and grease the paper itself with plenty of oil.

Put the meat mass on the paper, spreading it out and smoothing it with a spoon so that you get a meat "cake".

Step 6

Grease the meat "cake" with tomato sauce. If there is no sauce, then it can be replaced with cherry tomatoes. To do this, the tomatoes must be washed, cut into rings and put on top of the meat layer.

Step 7

Prepared base for meat "pizza" is sent to the hot oven for a quarter of an hour.

Step 8

Meanwhile, cut the cheese ball into slices and the tomatoes into rings.

Step 9

After 15 minutes, remove the base from the oven. Put slices of cheese and tomatoes evenly on it.

Step 10

Bake the contents of the form for another 10 minutes, then cool slightly, cut and serve, slightly chilling.
