Mannik is a dish made from flour, semolina and eggs, which is baked in the oven. However, the manna can be slightly changed, for example, you can remove the flour or add the filling. Mannik with apples is very aromatic, tasty and tender.

Step 1
You need to start preparing the manna with the main ingredient. Pour the semolina with kefir or sour cream and leave to swell for 20-30 minutes.
Step 2
When the semolina swells, you can proceed to further preparation of the manna. Mix semolina with eggs, sugar and whisk thoroughly, add baking soda, beat again.

Add flour to the semolina dough, knead a fairly thick dough.

Peel the apples, rinse and grate on a fine grater. In a bowl, combine honey, cinnamon and apples, leave for 7 minutes, then add to the dough.
Step 5
Grease the dish with vegetable oil, heat the oven to 180 degrees. Put the dough into a mold, spread it evenly and place in a hot oven for 40 minutes.
Step 6
Cool the apple manna, sprinkle with powdered sugar and chopped nuts. Serve the finished manna to the table.
