Italian bread "Ciabatta" differs from any other for its splendor, tenderness and wonderful crispy crust. Take your time with these wonderful pastries.
It is necessary
- - wheat flour - 650 g;
- - water - 300 ml;
- - fresh yeast - 30 g;
- - olive oil - 30 ml;
- - salt - 1.5 teaspoon;
- - sugar - 1, 5 teaspoon.
Instructions
Step 1
Put the yeast in a separate bowl, pour 50 milliliters of always warm water. Then add granulated sugar to them. Mix everything very well. Place the dough in a bowl of warm water or in a warm place for about 60 minutes - during this time it should fit.
Step 2
In the remaining warm water, add the salt along with the wheat flour. Then pour the finished dough there. Knead the resulting mass until smooth. Thus, you get a rather soft and not at all sticky dough for Italian bread.
Step 3
After stirring the olive oil into the dough, put it in a warm enough place for about 2 hours and cover, for example, with a towel. Over a given period of time, the volume of the test should be at least 2 times greater than the initial one.
Step 4
Divide the risen dough into 2 equal parts, each of which should be shaped into a loaf about 30 centimeters long.
Step 5
Sprinkle the entire surface of the baking tray with wheat flour. Place the loaves formed from the dough on it so that there is a large distance between them. In this form, put the future bread in the heat for about 1 hour.
Step 6
After the expiration of time, the future Italian bread "Ciabatta" should be 2 times more than it was an hour ago. Send it to bake at an oven temperature of 200-230 degrees until the surface is covered with a light golden crust.
Step 7
After taking out the finished baked goods from the oven, cover them with a towel for 30 minutes. Italian Ciabatta bread is ready!
