Frozen seafood mixes have a wide range of uses, especially when you want to eat something particularly tasty. They are used to prepare a variety of snacks, as toppings for pizza, hot dishes and even soups.
It is necessary
- - one very large onion head;
- - one medium-sized bell pepper;
- - celery stalk;
- - a couple of garlic cloves;
- - one jar of tomatoes in its own juice, half a liter;
- - one bay leaf;
- - one teaspoon of a mixture of oregano and thyme;
- - one fennel onion;
- - one large potato;
- - three hundred grams of a mixture of seafood.
Instructions
Step 1
Chop the onion, bell pepper and celery very finely. Fry all the vegetables together in a pan for nine to fifteen minutes, add fennel to them and continue to fry for a few more minutes.
Step 2
Spices are added to fried vegetables, tomatoes are cut into large cubes, and a little salt is added. Pour the resulting mixture with water and simmer for thirty minutes on a low flame.
Step 3
The potatoes are peeled, cut into small cubes, put in a saucepan with vegetables and boiled until softened. Then add the seafood mixture, chopped fennel, garlic, turn off the heat and leave the dish to steep for ten minutes.
Step 4
The ready-made soup is poured into plates, sprinkled with coarsely chopped herbs and served to the table.
