Lavash with chicken giblets turns out to be satisfying. Appetizing rolls are used as a hot snack for breakfast or tea.

For 6 servings you need: thin pita bread 3 pcs., Chicken ventricles and hearts 200 g each, hard cheese 180 g, eggs 2 pcs., Green onions and fresh dill 1 bunch each, salt, pepper to taste, vegetable oil for frying.

Cooking steps:

  1. Chicken hearts and ventricles are rinsed with running water. Cook separately from each other in salted water until tender. The water is drained, the giblets are allowed to cool. Grind with a blender or pass through a meat grinder.
  2. Chilled hard cheese is grated on a fine grater and added to chopped giblets.
  3. Dill and onions are rinsed with water and finely chopped.
  4. Egg yolks are separated from the whites in different containers.
