According to the duration and method of oxidation, tea can be white, black, green, yellow, blue-green. According to the type of tea leaf, there are tips, long tea, orange and orange pitch teas, medium-grade and herbal teas.
The choice of tea depends on the individual taste of the customer. One thing is undeniable: it is necessary to skillfully choose tea, preferably in an expensive price equivalent, since elite tea is a quality drink. But even when choosing an expensive and elite tea, you can be sadly mistaken. Understanding the taste and aroma of this magical drink does not come the first time, so there is a chance to buy a fake and give yourself and your relatives a drink. To avoid this, and to be able to choose the right tea, it is necessary to carry out a certain step-by-step selection procedure.
So, how to skillfully and correctly choose quality tea.
Step one - first you need to pour the tea leaf on light-colored paper. The tea mass should consist of tea leaves of the same color, without unnecessary impurities and dust.
Step two - it is necessary to brew the tea leaf with water of a temperature that is sufficient for brewing this particular type of tea. After the first filling, the water is poured out.
Step three - it is necessary to carry out the second pouring of tea. By the color of the second pour, we can judge the quality of the tea. The color of the second option should be transparent, bright, but not dull, especially cloudy.
Step four - you can determine the taste of the drink by taking a sip and rinsing your mouth. Having done this several times, it is possible to fully experience the set of aromas that this type of tea is rich in.
And finally, step five is that after your mug of tea has been emptied, smell the tea several times with the help of your sense of smell.
Thus, having evaluated the quality of the tea leaf, the color of the tea leaves, the taste aroma of the tea infusion, it is possible to accurately determine, indeed, high-quality tea.
