Step 1

First, put the filling for the pies to cook, for this, pour the potatoes with water and put them to boil in salted water. To make it take a little time, cut it into small pieces.

Step 2

To knead the dough, beat the eggs with salt and sugar. Pour in water and vegetable oil, stir the contents very thoroughly.

Add flour and gradually knead the dough. Be sure to sift the flour through a sieve to get rid of excess lumps. The dough should be pretty dense, like for making dumplings. On the rolled out dough, make mugs for patties. You can use a small glass for this.

Step 4

Crush the mashed potatoes with the egg and warm milk. Milk should be of medium temperature, by no means hot, otherwise the eggs will cook. Then place the filling on the dough circles. Mold the pies to the shape you want.
