Perhaps not a single New Year's table is complete without cheese or sausage slicing. So why not diversify this dish and make it look like a pretty cheese tree?

Moreover, it is done in 10 minutes.

It is necessary

  • - a cucumber (or rather a circle from it, for the base), instead of a cucumber, you can take a half of a green apple;
  • - any cheese (hard, but plastic);
  • - olives;
  • - wooden skewer;
  • - greens - for decoration.

Instructions

Step 1

Cut off a circle of cucumber. It must be thick enough to support our tree. We insert a wooden skewer into the cucumber.

Or we cut off half a green apple and use it as the basis for the Christmas tree.

Step 2

Cut the cheese into triangles of different sizes (thinly).

We take larger cheese triangles, we begin to string them on a skewer at the base in a circle. So we string three pieces of cheese, looking in different directions, then one olive.

Step 3

Then we take three smaller pieces of cheese and repeat the previous point (three pieces of cheese + one olive). The closer to the crown, the smaller the cheese triangles we use.

Step 4

The crown of the head can be decorated with a star carved from red pepper.

Step 5

Sprinkle herbs on the plate with the herringbone.
