If you are going to fry boiled mushrooms, drain the broth and let them dry. But keep in mind that stewed mushrooms or mushroom caviar are best obtained from such a product.

Preheat the frying pan over high heat. Do not start frying in a warm skillet, this is how you will get a lot of liquid and mushrooms stewed in mushroom broth, since they will release water before they are fried.

If you fry mushrooms, fry them in a dry skillet until all the liquid has evaporated. It takes no more than 2-3 minutes. Then add the oil. Otherwise, put enough butter or oil in the pan so that the bottom is completely covered.

Before removing the mushrooms from the heat, add the finely chopped herbs - parsley, green onions, rosemary, thyme - and stir.

You can season the fried mushrooms with the following sauce: mix finely chopped thyme with a few cloves of also finely chopped garlic, a tablespoon of olive oil and a few drops of balsamic vinegar. With this mixture, you can season ready-made fried mushrooms directly in a bowl, not in a pan.
