Step 1
Prepare herbal tea by simply adding the leaves, flowers, or fruits to a regular brew: dried in a 1: 3 ratio and fresh to taste. In addition, the herb can be brewed in its pure form. To do this, take one teaspoon of dry herb or one tablespoon of fresh and pour 200 milliliters of boiling water over it. Let it brew for 15-20 minutes. Before preparing the drink, chop the leaves, boil the stems, roots and seeds, covered with a lid, in a small volume of water, then the tea will turn out to be more saturated.
Step 2
Prepare a complex tea by mixing different herbs. In this case, you can combine them to your taste and experiment with proportions. To make sure that specific herbs work well with each other, rub them in your hands and smell them. Tea will turn out delicious if the smells are in harmony with each other.
Step 3
To make jasmine tea, mix jasmine petals in a 1: 5 ratio with green tea, then pour over hot water, not boiling, and leave for 3-5 minutes. Only in no case longer, otherwise the drink will taste bitter. This herbal tea helps calm the nerves, relieve fatigue and improve performance.
Step 4
To make strawberry tea, first brew black, then add a couple of strawberry leaves and some strawberry berries, chopped in a blender, as well as lemon juice and sugar to it. Mix everything well and let cool. The tea prepared according to this recipe is able to perfectly quench your thirst.
Step 5
For a soothing herbal tea, pour one tablespoon of lavender flowers and two tablespoons of lemon balm leaves, previously crushed, with 0.5 liters of cold water, then leave for an hour. Then boil, strain and add sugar to taste.
Step 6
Get pink tea as follows: pour one teaspoon of dried chamomile flowers and two tablespoons of rose petals with 0.5 liters of boiling water, then leave for 5 minutes. Drink this drink hot.
