Summer is the time for hiking in nature. Food cooked over a fire is different from that cooked on the stove, but it also turns out to be very tasty and aromatic.

First, wash the vegetables, cut the ribs into small pieces.

Put the bacon, cut into cubes, into a heated pot and let it fry until fat appears.

Then toss the finely chopped onion into a pot and fry it until golden brown.

Add ribs to it and continue to grill over medium heat.

At the same time, cut the beets and carrots into strips. As soon as the liquid in the meat has evaporated, put the carrots and then the beets into the kettle. Stir constantly with a spoon along the bottom of the pot.

After 5-7 minutes. add ground paprika and pour tomatoes into juice.

Then peel the potatoes and cut them into cubes, chop all the greens. Once the ribs are almost ready, toss in the potatoes and add water of your choice.
