Potato casserole with mushrooms and sour cream in a slow cooker: a simple homemade recipe

Ingredients:

  • Potatoes - 500g.
  • Fresh mushrooms - 500g
  • Sour cream - 200 gr.
  • Onions - 1 pc.
  • Chicken eggs - 3 pcs.
  • Wheat flour - 2 tablespoons
  • Cheese - 100 gr.
  • Salt, pepper - to your taste.

Preparation:

  1. Peel and chop the onion. Chop the mushrooms too.
  2. Smear the bowl of the multicooker with oil, put the chopped food there. Then keep for 30 minutes on the "Extinguishing" mode.
  3. At this time, you need to do the filling. Pour flour into a bowl, pour in eggs and add sour cream. Mix well.
  4. When the mushrooms and onions are ready, put them in a separate bowl.
  5. Wash and peel potatoes. Then either cut into circles (the main thing is that they should not be too large), or grate. It is best to do it at the last moment, if you rub it, as it may have time to acquire a not very appetizing look.
  6. To prevent this from happening, and the potato does not turn orange, you can also put it grated in water. Then the potato starch will not come into contact with the air and the potatoes will not take on an unpleasant appearance. Another option is to "squeeze" the potatoes with your hands or with a towel.
  7. Now you can grease the sides and bottom of the multicooker bowl with vegetable oil, or put some foil. Then place most of the potatoes in the bowl. Top with a small amount of dressing, then put the mushrooms and crush them.
  8. Then again pour in a little sauce, again potatoes. Pour in the rest of the filling one last time and sprinkle with grated cheese.
  9. Finally, set the "Bake" mode for about an hour. It may take you more time - depending on the multicooker. In any case, you can always check the readiness by tasting the top layer of the potatoes. Enough of this casserole for 5 servings.

Classic rice casserole with minced meat in a slow cooker

Ingredients:

  • Minced meat - 500 gr.
  • Onions - 2 pieces
  • Rice - 4 multi-glasses (we recommend taking long grain)
  • Low-fat sour cream - 200 grams
  • Raw eggs - 3 pcs.
  • Cilantro - 30 grams
  • Sunflower oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt, pepper - to your taste
  • Butter - 30 gr.

How to cook:

The first step is to prepare the rice. As you might guess, it is easier to do this in a multicooker. Fill up, add water, salt and turn on the required program. When the rice is cooked, it should be transferred to a deep bowl. It should now cool down.

Onions need to be peeled and then chopped in a blender. Rinse cilantro under running water.

In another bowl, mix eggs and sour cream. Season with salt and pepper. Then pour the cooled rice with a mixture of sour cream and eggs, again stir everything thoroughly until smooth.

Put the onion in a multicooker saucepan and fry in oil. Use "Fry" mode, do not close the lid. Then add minced meat to the fried onions. Continue to fry. When half done, add salt. You can add a little pepper, according to your taste. Transfer the prepared minced meat and onions to a plate.

After that, put half of the rice mass on the bottom of the bowl. Upstairs - minced meat. Align.

Now sprinkle with cilantro. The last layer will be the second piece of rice, on which you put the pieces of butter on top. Close the lid and put the multicooker in the "Baking" mode for 40 minutes. Garnish with herbs before serving.
