Peasant potatoes are ideal for a family dinner. It is cooked in the oven, sprinkled with a green onion, makes a wonderful tandem with garlic sauce, the recipe for which is also attached.
It is necessary
- For peasant potatoes:
- - 8 potatoes;
- - 7 tbsp. tablespoons of sunflower oil;
- - a bunch of green onions;
- - basil;
- - seasoning for grilling or potatoes.
- For the garlic sauce:
- - 150 ml sour cream;
- - 7 cloves of garlic;
- - a bunch of dill;
- - 4 tbsp. spoons of mayonnaise;
- - salt.
Instructions
Step 1
Rinse the potatoes. Wash very thoroughly using a brush. The rind should be very clean. Cut each potato into 4 pieces.
Step 2
Place prepared potatoes in a bowl. Pour in oil, stir. Add a versatile potato or grill seasoning. Stir again.
Step 3
Place a piece of parchment on a baking sheet.
Step 4
Place the potatoes on top, skin side down. Place the baking sheet in the oven. Cook for 40 minutes at 200 degrees.
Step 5
Make garlic sauce. To do this, chop the dill. Mix with sour cream and mayonnaise, add chopped garlic, stir.
Step 6
Chop green onions. If you don't like basil, you can skip the potatoes.
Step 7
Sprinkle the cooked hot potatoes immediately with onions and basil. Place on a platter, top with garlic sauce, or serve separately in a gravy boat.
