It is necessary

    • 1 glass of milk;
    • 2 eggs;
    • 4 tablespoons of sugar;
    • 2 tablespoons of refined vegetable oil
    • dry yeast bag;
    • 3 cups flour;
    • salt;
    • vanillin.

Instructions

Step 1

Heat 1 glass of fresh milk, pour it into a deep bowl or saucepan. Expect the dough to increase dramatically, so choose a container with the appropriate depth.

Step 2

Break 2 eggs into a separate bowl to prevent shell particles from entering the milk. If this happens, remove the shells with the corner of a tea towel.

Step 3

Add eggs, 4 tablespoons of sugar, 2 tablespoons of refined sunflower oil, some salt, vanillin, and a bag of dry yeast to a bowl of milk. Gradually add 3 cups flour while stirring.

Step 4

Place the bowl of dough in a warm place - close to the stove or in a bowl of hot water. If the air temperature is low, the dough may not rise. After 2 hours, check the dough - it should increase in volume. If not, place the container in a warmer place. When the dough rises to the edge of the bowl, it must be lowered, intensively but gently stirring with a spoon from top to bottom.

Step 5

The dough should rise and fall 2-3 times. After that, it is considered ready. Place it on a floured work surface. If the dough looks thin to you, gently stir in a little more flour. Do not knead too much - the baking dough should not be steep, but airy. However, too thin dough is also not good - ready-made buns will not rise in the oven.

Step 6

If you can't get to baking right away, cover the bowl with the lid and place in the refrigerator. Without sacrificing taste, it can be stored there for several hours.

Step 7

From the resulting dough, you can form buns, pies. After shaping the buns, let them rest for proofing. Before being sent to the oven, they should stand for about half an hour at room temperature.
